Perlowa Dolina is a modern residential complex implemented in Bydgoszcz by NK Polska Development. It is also a pearl on the list of references of our company.
Our employees together with Lafarge Polska and the research team of the Białystok University of Technology, was responsible for adapting the fibrobeton technology in the project.
Our company, together with Lafarge Polska and the research team of the Białystok University of Technology, was responsible for adapting the fibrobeton technology to the waterproof concrete system called “white bathtub”. It is the largest implementation of this type in Europe and the most modern technology of improving the quality of concrete available on the market. The use of fiber reinforced concrete allowed for the elimination of heavy and expensive shell insulation and shortened the time of building this element of the building.
The first stage of implementation required the consumption of 5,800.00 m3 of concrete with a value of over PLN 1,650,000.00 net. During the development there is a solution consisting in replacing the reinforcement of steel rods ribbed with glass and basalt fiber bars in the second and third construction stages.
Our designers will analyze materials regarding our clients’ investments and determine the method of replacing traditional solutions with solutions developed by us.
