TECHNICAL AND IMPLEMENTING SUPERVISION
In spite of educating construction companies in the scope of delivered construction technologies, many contractors need technical support directly on the construction site and in the interpretation of the delivered project. To enable the smooth implementation of the task, our managers and technologists are in constant contact with the foreman of the implementation group.
We provide consultations directly at the construction site, together with the construction supervision inspector and the construction manager taking part in the collection of the elements.
Due to the fact that few general construction companies and concrete factories have knowledge in the field of using fiber as the basic reinforcement of structural elements, we supervise the process of preparing concrete mix and its delivery to the construction site.
We solve problems occurring during the application of fibrobeton, instructing pump operators on how to deal with the resulting difficulties. We have in this area a wide range of solutions resulting from our experience and construction practice.
We suggest what methods of assembly of composite reinforcement to choose, bearing in mind the tendency of reinforcement to move during concreting. We share our experience regarding the fixing of composite reinforcing bars to the substrate in order to ensure that they are kept in the right place.
FibroSLAB FOUNDATION PLATES
The FibroSLAB foundation boards are the flagship product of our company. We have been continuously refining our technology since 2011 in cooperation with many designers of building structures, Polytechnics and concrete laboratories, ie Berg and Lafarge.
The foundation slab is an alternative to traditional foundations made on benches and foundation walls. The use of a significant amount of reinforcing steel meant that they were significantly more expensive than traditional solutions. The use of fibrobeton resulted in a reduction in the price of the foundation slab and a reduction in the time needed to carry it out. In many cases, it also influenced the improvement of the construction quality of this building element.
The solution we offer gains more and more popularity on the Polish and foreign markets due to the low price and simplicity of implementation even for inexperienced construction crew. This makes it a solution that can be implemented by an economic system.
This technology has been tested on over 200 construction sites implemented since the beginning of the project’s existence.
Our project team has developed many models of boards for different types of building structures. Particularly popular models are:
– FibroSLAB Standard – This is the simplest panel model that is equivalent to a traditional foundation (benches and foundation wall), in which thermal insulation is used on the foundation wall. It is the cheapest and fastest method of foundation a building on the foundation slab available on the market.
– FibroSLAB Comfort – This is one of the most popular models of foundation slabs. We use XPS boards of appropriate load capacity for thermal insulation under the panel. Thanks to this solution, we reduce heat loss. The solution assumes the implementation of another layer of insulation on the board and allows the installation of underfloor heating under the floor.
– FibroSLAB Prestige – A solution dedicated to people who want to make a heating plate. The board is faded to the standard of the ready floor on which it is possible to mount ceramic tiles, panels or other cladding. In most cases, thermal insulation reaches a thickness of 20 centimeters XPS.
– FibroSlab Izodom – a combination of two solutions – prefabricated styrofoam and fibrobetone fittings – to obtain the best parameter for thermal insulation of the slab and the lowest possible price for the foundation. The underfloor heating can be installed in the core of the board. The use of Agilia self-consolidating concrete enables obtaining a very even substrate on which finishing layers can be made.
To complete the offer and design of the foundation slab, you need:
– geotechnical investigation (geoengineering opinion),
– Land Development Plan (PZT) or other document on the basis of which land levels can be determined on a building plot,
– projections and cross-sections of the building together with the installation project.
The FibroTech and Lafarge commercial team will present an offer for the completion of construction works within 3 days. After accepting it within 2 weeks, a substitute design of the foundation slab and preparations for starting construction works will be carried out.

CONSTRUCTION IN THE IZODOM SYSTEM
The foundation slabs of our study are an ideal base for erecting energy-saving and passive buildings thanks to the use of the highest quality insulation materials. These include the extruded polystyrene XPS and Izodom 2000 Polska insulating fittings.
What is XPS?
XPS – extruded polystyrene – is an insulating material produced in the process of expanding polystyrene. It is a homogeneous material with a smooth surface and structure. The nature of connections between cells results in significant mechanical strength and increased heat resistance parameters. The closed cells, from which the boards are made, make it harder and less absorbable than traditional EPS.
In our designs, we most often use XPS boards with a compressive strength of over 300 kPa and a corresponding deformation module due to long-term pressure (“creep” effect). The use of EPS polystyrene can lead to excessive deflection of the foundation slab and cracking. This is particularly dangerous in places where there are increased penetration forces, for example through poles.
Long cooperation with suppliers of this product made it possible to conclude a contract for its receipt on preferential terms and transfer this price to our client.
What is the Izodom 2000 Polska system?
Styrofoam elements from Izodom 2000 Polska are prefabricated styrofoam elements assembled similarly to blocks, and then they are filled with concrete or fibrobeton.
The system consists of:
– insulation of a foundation slab made of fittings with a base thickness of 15 and 25 centimeters EPS and a reinforced concrete slab 25 centimeters thick,
– wall elements with a total insulation thickness of 10 to 30 centimeters and a standard core thickness from 15 to 20 centimeters, which can be used for erecting foundation and standard walls.
– prefabricated ceiling elements overburdened with reinforced concrete reinforced with steel mesh, composite rods or fibrobeton with the addition of steel or polymer fibers.
– prefabricated roof elements laid on roof truss or girders, which are covered with tinsmith and finishing facings (tile, roofing tile, etc.)
The advantage of this system over conventional brick systems is:
– the possibility of obtaining the best available thermal insulation parameters of the building available on the Polish market (energy-efficient, passive and zero-energy construction),
– decisively shortening the time of building completion,
– high quality of the obtained ferroconcrete structure,
– the possibility of building many elements of the building using the economic method, also thanks to the use of fibrobeton,
– a significant reduction in the cost of building use,
– less involvement of employees on the part of the contractor,
– the possibility of building the foundations of the building in the “white bathtub” system using the technology of fiber concrete and composite reinforcing bars.

CONCRETE SUPPLY
Concrete is the most commonly used construction material. The vast majority of technological solutions developed by us and numerous relationships built with its suppliers are concentrated around it.
What is concrete?
It is a mix of cement in the form of cement, filler, which are aggregates, and admixtures, thanks to which it obtains the desired properties. The solvent for cement is water, the exact amount of which is the basis of each recipe. Once dissolved, the cement fills the space between the filler grains, which in turn results in the desired compressive strength and abrasion resistance.
The combination of concrete and fiber causes a change in the name of the resulting composite to fibrobeton.
The connection of concrete with steel reinforcing bars results in a change of name to reinforced concrete. It is correct to call reinforced concrete with steel fiber in structural elements.
Thanks to many years of practice, we know how to design an ideal mixture to perform the task entrusted to us. We can develop a composite recipe for an individual order, taking into account the Investor’s special request or the circumstances of its use. We are one of the few experts on the European market that has experience in the technology of fibrobeton and its use.
Our technologists took part in the design of concrete:
– waterproof in the “White Baths” system using the most modern super-plasticizers and polymer fibers,
– slowly ripening to minimize shrinkage and structural cracking,
– specialist, ie self-compacting Agilia with the addition of construction and anti-shrinkage fiber,
– resistant to chemically aggressive environments.
We have advised producers, designers, contractors and investors on:
– use of fine aggregate for construction with very high rebar density,
– selection of a mixture of aggregates and super plasticizers to obtain concretes resistant to the action of nitric acids for the Rokita production plant in Brzeg Dolny,
– development of a concrete mix with the addition of polymer fiber and an appropriate type of cement for the foundation of the Perlowa Dolina residential building in Bydgoszcz,
– resistant to the impact of sea water on port marinas.
